Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (141.61K), followed by Hawaii (137.63K), and Washington (46.69K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (172), followed by District of Columbia (297), and Delaware (325).
