Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (143.08K), followed by Hawaii (137.83K), and Washington (48.71K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (180), followed by District of Columbia (323), and Delaware (330).
