Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (144.69K), followed by Hawaii (138.00K), and Washington (50.46K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (183), followed by Delaware (335), and District of Columbia (339).
