Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (145.71K), followed by Hawaii (138.22K), and Washington (51.92K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (197), followed by Delaware (333), and District of Columbia (338).
