Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (146.63K), followed by Hawaii (137.41K), and Washington (53.47K).

On the other hand, Vermont had the lowest number of people that identified as Non-Hispanic Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander (192), followed by District of Columbia (332), and Delaware (340).
