Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, among all US states and DC, California had the highest number of people who identified their race as White Alone (28.23M), followed by Texas (22.75M), and Florida (16.59M).

On the other hand, District of Columbia had the lowest number of people that identified as White Alone (324.53K), followed by Hawaii (358.64K), and Alaska (476.52K).
