According to the CDC data, in 2021, the male life expectancy for 96 year olds in the US was 2.5 years. The Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native ethnicity group had the highest male life expectancy (4.1 years), followed by the Non-Hispanic Black or African American ethnicity group (2.9 years), and the Non-Hispanic Asian ethnicity group (2.9).
