According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2024, the US first generation (foreign-born) Hispanic or Latino population was 24,110,000 (36.8% of US Hispanic or Latino population). The second generation Hispanic or Latino population was 19,820,000 (30.2% of US Hispanic or Latino population). And, the third-and-higher generation Hispanic or Latino population was 21,620,000 (33% of US Hispanic or Latino population).
