According to data from the US Census Bureau, in 2011, the highest number of US Third-and-Higher Generation population were Non-Hispanic White Alone (175,100,000 people). The second highest were Black or African American Alone (33,050,000 people). And the third highest were Hispanic or Latino (17,180,000 people).
