WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Monarch Velo, LLC, doing business as Catlike USA, of Houston, Texas, is voluntarily recalling about 2,250 Catlike Kompact bike helmets.
