WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Wal-Mart is voluntarily recalling Home Trends Kiddy Sling Chairs. The small plastic bolt covers pose a choking hazard to small children.Name of product: Home Trends Kiddy Sling ChairUnits: About 75,200Manufacturer: Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., of Bentonville, Ark.Hazard: The small plastic bolt covers pose a choking hazard to small children.Incidents/Injuries: CPSC and Wal-Mart have received two reports of children removing the small covers and placing them in mouths. No injuries have been reported.Description: The chairs are steel outdoor chairs with a white frame and a pink or blue sling fabric seat and back. The chairs measure about 9.5 inches in height.
