CPSC Recall in 2004: CPSC, Swing-N-Slide Announce Recall of "Mega Rider" Swings

WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Swing-N-Slide, of Janesville, Wis., is voluntarily recalling about 1,220 Swing-N-Slide "Mega Rider" Swings. The plastic handle on the Mega Rider swing could crack at the seat connection allowing the metal connecting rod to pull out.
