CPSC Recall in 2004: CPSC, PlayWell Toy Company Ltd. Announce Recall of Activity Cubes

WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), PlayWell Toy Company, is voluntarily recalling PlayWell Crayola® Activity Cubes. The top of the activity cube has crayon characters and beads that slide along a spiral glide.
