WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), H&M, of New York, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about water bottles. The pull-up, black plastic drinking spout can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.Name of product: Water BottlesUnits: 6,300Manufacturer: H&M, of New York, N.Y.Hazard: The pull-up, black plastic drinking spout can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.Incidents/Injuries: None.Description: These are black plastic water bottles in green canvas sports holders. "H&M" is written on the bottle and the strap of the holder.
