CPSC Recall in 2004: CPSC, Jo-Ann Stores Inc. Announce Recall of Bamboo Torches

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Jo-Ann Stores Inc., of Hudson, Ohio, is voluntarily recalling about 36,000 bamboo torches. The oil canister is housed at the top and the bottom has a spiked tip to stick into the ground. The oil canister is removable and has a black metal top with a hole for the wick to stick out.
