Product Name: Metallic Motion Lamp
Recall Description:
The lamps are rocket shaped with metallic wax, which becomes molten when it heats up while the lamp is in use. The wax and the matching trim on the lamp may be red, silver or blue. The colored trim is on both the base and top of the lamp.
Hazard Description:
The lamp may shatter in use, causing a threat of serious injury from glass.

There have been seven reported instances of the lamps shattering in use, including one report of minor cuts.
