Recall Description:

Fork has white plastic prongs and a blue & white checkered pattern on the handle with an image of Tigger.  

Hazard Description:

The plastic fork prongs in the plate set can break posing a choking hazard to young children.

Three reports of the fork prongs breaking with one child choking on a broken plastic piece of the fork, without injury.
