Product Name: Glass votive candle holders included with Old Taylor Estate Candelier

Recall Description:

This recall involves the Old Taylor Estate Candelier with item number 40697 (the item number is located on one side and the top of each box). The chandeliers have eight glass votive candle holders. Old Taylor Estate Candeliers purchased after September 2005 are not included in this recall.

Hazard Description:

These votive glass candle holders can break unexpectedly during use.

Incidents:

Southern Living at HOME has received 15 reports of glass votive candle holders breaking unexpectedly. There are no reported injuries or damage.

Sold At:

Southern Living At Home consultants sold these chandeliers including the glass votive candle holders at home parties nationwide from June 2005 through September 2005 for about $80.
