Recall Description:

WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Emess Design Group LLC, of Ellwood City, Pa., is voluntarily recalling about 9,500 children's Lamps. The glass window of the fire truck and bulldozer night light can become dislodged, fall and shatter into small pieces. This poses a laceration hazard and a serious risk of injury if ingested by a small child.Name of Product: Hampton Bay® Transitional Collection Fire Truck and Bulldozer Accent Lamp with Night LightsUnits: About 9,500Manufacturer: Emess Design Group LLC, of Ellwood City, Pa.Hazard: The glass window of the fire truck and bulldozer night light can become dislodged, fall and shatter into small pieces. This poses a laceration hazard and a serious risk of injury if ingested by a small child.Incidents/Injuries: Emess Design group has received one report of the glass window of the lamp breaking in a store. No injuries have been reported.Description and Models: The recalled children's lamps have a red toy fire truck or yellow toy bulldozer base that sits on a 6-inch wide by 9.75-inch long hand-painted wood base. SKU No. 167-367 is printed on the bottom of the base of the fire truck lamp and SKU No. 167-939 is printed on the bottom of the bulldozer lamp. The fire truck and bulldozer have glass windows. The overall assembled dimensions are about 12 inches wide by 20.5 high. "Made in China" is printed on the bottom of the lamps.
