In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Meijer, of Grand Rapids, Mich., is voluntarily recalling about 6,500 Clear Glass Candleholders. The glue connecting the candleholder could fail causing the candleholder to fall apart. This poses a fire and laceration hazard to consumers.
