WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Rhode Island Novelty, of Cumberland, R.I., is voluntarily recalling about 47,000 Children's Mood Necklaces. The recalled jewelry contains high levels of lead.
