WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Jakes Fireworks Inc., of Pittsburg, Kas., is voluntarily recalling about 4,000 March or Die Mine/Shell Fireworks Devices. The tubes on these fireworks devices could become loose, making the devices unstable during use. If the device tips over during use, it could pose burn and injury hazards to bystanders.Name of Product: March or Die Mine/Shell Fireworks DevicesUnits: About 4,000Distributor: Jakes Fireworks Inc., of Pittsburg, Kas.Hazard: The tubes on these fireworks devices could become loose, making the devices unstable during use.
