WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Rhode Island Novelty, of Cumberland, R.I., is voluntarily recalling about 850 Children's Spinning Wheel-Metal Necklaces. The clasp on the necklaces contain high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. Name of Product: Children's Spinning Wheel-Metal NecklacesUnits: About 850Manufacturer: Rhode Island Novelty, of Cumberland, R.I.Hazard: The clasp on the necklaces contain high levels of lead. The wheel pendant, designed to resemble car's spinning tire rim, has rhinestones attached to the front, a silver base and measures 2 ?-inches in diameter.
