In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), iObjectSolutions Inc., of Cumming, Ga. is voluntarily recalling about 1,200 Pre-Lit Palm Trees. If the electrical connectors are not fully inserted, they can overheat and pose electric shock and fire hazards.Name of Product: Pre-Lit Palm TreesUnits: About 1,200Importer: iObjectSolutions Inc., of Cumming, Ga.Hazard: If the electrical connectors are not fully inserted, they can overheat and pose electric shock and fire hazards.Incidents/Injuries: There have been four reports of connectors overheating. No injuries or property damage have been reported.Description: The recall involves four sizes of pre-lit Palm trees. There is a 7-foot Lighted Palm and a 7-foot Lighted Palm Tree with Coconuts, a 5-foot Lighted Palm Tree with Coconuts, a 4.5-foot Lighted Palm Tree, and a 2.5-foot Lighted Palm Tree. These palm trees are lit by rope lights. The tree trunks have golden-colored rope wrapped in a spiral.
