WASHINGTON, D.C. - In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), R.L. Albert & Son, of Greenwich, Conn., is voluntarily recalling about 55,000 Skull Pails Filled With Halloween Candy Mix. The surface paint on the eyes, nose, and teeth of the skull contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.Name of Product: Skull Pails Filled With Halloween Candy MixUnits: About 55,000Manufacturer: R.L. The skull-shaped pail is white with green eyes, nose and teeth. The pail has a clear lid with a label in which "Albert's" and "Skull Pails Filled with Halloween Candy Mix" is printed.
