Product Name: "Majestic 360" Floor Cleaners

Recall Description:

The recalled floor cleaner is a black-colored, canister-style vacuum with a powered floor tool. The words "Majestic 360" and "FILTERQUEEN" are printed on a label located on the unit.

Hazard Description:

The recalled cleaners' wiring can overheat, causing electrical arcing and melting. This poses a burn hazard to consumers.

Incidents:

HMI has received 40 reports of overheating and damage to carpets. No injuries have been reported.

Independent distributors nationwide from September 2004 through August 2006 for about $1,800.
