Recall Description:

This recall involves girls' and boys' hooded jackets with drawstrings.Girl's Pink Short-Sleeve Lightweight JacketStyle No.Sizes MIG10810512M, 18M, 24M MLG1081054 - 6X MTG1081052T - 4T"Mecca" is printed on the inside of jacket below the neck. Boy's Black or Brown Heavy JacketStyle No.Sizes MLK9086024 - 7 MT9086022T - 4T"Mecca" is printed on the outside back of the jacket.

Hazard Description:

The jackets have drawstrings through the hood which can pose a strangulation hazard to young children. In February 1996, CPSC issued guidelines (which were incorporated into an industry voluntary standard in 1997) to help prevent children from strangling or getting entangled on the neck and waist drawstrings in upper garments, such as jackets and sweatshirts.
