Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. No injuries have been reported.Description: This recall involves The Land of Nod toy vegetables sets made of felt wool. The toy set has six vegetables: radish, onion, asparagus, tomato, lettuce and carrot.
