Recall Description:

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Hazard Description:

The guard rails on upper bunks can crack and cause the mattress and its support rails to collapse, posing a fall hazard.

The firm has received two reports of cracked guard rails causing the mattresses and support rails to collapse. No injuries were reported.
