Recall Description:
The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.
Hazard Description:
A welded eye hook on the swing bar can break, posing a fall hazard.

Incidents:
Sportime has received three reports of children falling when the welded eye hook released. Two minor injuries were reported including one report of rug burn after falling from a swing attached to the swing bar.

Sportime in Georgia from January 2009 through March 2011 for about $60.
