Recall Description:

The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.

Hazard Description:

The wooden table base can split and/or collapse, causing the glass table top to fall. This poses collapse and impact hazards to consumers.

EQ3 is aware of four incidents where the table base split and/or cracked, causing the table top to slant or fall. No injuries have been reported.

EQ3 Stores and furniture stores nationwide from January 2011 through June 2011 for about $500.
