The shaft on the grass trimmers can crack and cause the lower gear case and cutting attachment to detach.
Hazard Description:
The shaft can crack and cause the lower gear case and cutting attachment to detach, posing a laceration hazard to the operator and bystanders.

Incidents:
Honda is aware of 11 incidents of broken or cracked shafts. No injuries have been reported.
