The lower steering yoke can loosen where it attaches to the steering rack and pinion, causing the driver to lose control of the recalled 2009, 2010 and 2011 Columbia ParCar golf carts.

Hazard Description:

The lower steering yoke can loosen where it attaches to the steering rack and pinion, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle and crash.
