CPSC Recall in 2012: Greenlee Recalls Utility Knives Due to Laceration Hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.
The blade locking mechanism can fail, allowing the blade to fold inward toward the handle, posing a laceration hazard.
Refund
The firm has received one report of the blade lock failing. No injuries have been reported.
Distributors of professional tools and products nationwide from September 2011 through November 2011 for about $20.
