CPSC Recall in 2012: Irwin Recalls 10-Inch Circular Saw Blade 3-Pack Due to Laceration Hazard Posed by Defective Packaging

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.
The saw blades can fall out of the bottom of the plastic packaging, posing a laceration hazard.
New Instructions
Irwin has received three reports of the saw blades falling out of the packaging. No injuries were reported.
Lowe's stores nationwide from approximately October 2011 through November 2011 for $40.
