Recall Description:

The headboard and footboard can loosen or detach on Bordeaux Collection full and twin sleigh beds. This poses a fall hazard.

Hazard Description:

The hardware holding the headboard and footboard can loosen or detach, posing a fall hazard.

Units: About 2,400 in the United States and 100 in Canada. (This recall was first announced in June 2012)
Incidents:

The firm has received more than 100 reports of headboards or footboards detaching, including one report of a Florida man who injured his foot when a footboard detached.

Furniture stores nationwide from August 2009 to April 2012 for between $300 and $400.
