CPSC Recall in 2012: Improvements Catalog Recalls Adjustable Ottoman Beds Due to Fall Hazard

The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. It is illegal to resell or attempt to resell a recalled consumer product.
When the ottoman is converted into a bed and weight is put on it, it can collapse, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Refund
Improvements Catalog is aware of five reports of the bed collapsing, including two reports of minor injuries.
