Recall Description:
The bicycle wheel rim tape can break under pressure. When this happens, the inner tube of the bike can puncture or burst.
Hazard Description:
The rim tape can fail and break under pressure. When this happens, the inner tube of the bicycle can puncture or burst. This poses a fall hazard to the rider.

The firm has received four reports of exploding inner tubes and flat tires. No injuries were reported.
