2013 Diamondback Steilacoom RCX bicycles were assembled with incorrect parts that could cause the steerer tube to fail, allowing the rider to lose control.
Hazard Description:
Bicycles assembled with incorrect headset parts could cause the steerer tube to fail, causing the rider to lose control and fall or crash.
