Recall Description:

The six-quart aluminum pan's tempered glass lid can crack, break or shatter.

Hazard Description:

The pan's tempered glass lid can crack, break or shatter, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Incidents:

Meyer has received 97 reports of the pan's glass lids breaking or shattering. No injuries have been reported.

Costco Wholesale stores in the San Francisco Bay area and in the Northeast from May 2012 through October 2012 for about $35.
