Recall Description:

  The blade on the garlic slicers can detach during use. Pampered Chef has received 23 reports of blades that have dislodged.  

Hazard Description:

A blade on the garlic slicer can unexpectedly dislodge during use, posing a laceration hazard to the consumer.

The Pampered Chef has received 23 reports of blades detaching during use including one report of a consumer who cut her finger.
