  U.S. Divers has received reports of the glass lens cracking or breaking from water pressure.  

Hazard Description:

Notches in the tempered glass can cause the lens to break under certain water pressure, posing a laceration hazard to the user.

The firm has received nine reports of the lens cracking or breaking, including three reports of the minor cuts and scratches to the face.
