The chinstrap buckle on WRSI Moment and Trident model helmets can fail.
Hazard Description:
The chinstrap buckle can fail, posing a head injury hazard to users.

Units: About 2,000 in the United States and 200 in Canada
Incidents:
WRSI is aware of 10 incidents of chinstrap failures. No injuries have been reported.

Northwest River Supplies and sporting goods stores nationwide and online at www.whitewaterhelmet.com from March 2012 through November 2012 for between $140 and $170.
