Product Name: Aztec Light Chandeliers
Recall Description:
The Aztec nine-light chandeliers can fall. The lights were sold under the PORTFOLIO brand name.
Hazard Description:
The chandelier's fixture loop that connects the hanging chain to the lamp can fail during use causing the chandelier to fall from the ceiling and injure bystanders.

Incidents:
Kichler Lighting has received six reports of the chandeliers falling from the ceiling. No injuries have been reported. Approximately $6,000 in property damage has been reported.
Sold At:
Lowe's stores nationwide and at www.lowes.com from July 2006 through August 2011 for about $240.
