The bolts and nuts on Moose Racing brand training wheels and the replacement wheel kit for youth motorcycles can loosen and cause the rider to lose control.

Hazard Description:

Bolts and nuts securing the wheel can loosen and cause the rider to lose control, posing a crash hazard.
