The blade shaft assembly can break on the 5-speed blenders that have 56-ounce glass jars.

Hazard Description:

The blender's blade shaft assembly can break during use, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.

Incidents:

Frigidaire has received eight reports of the blender's blade shaft assembly breaking. No injuries have been reported.
