A piece of the blender's mixing blade unit can break off during use, posing an injury hazard.

Incidents:
Calphalon has received four reports of a piece of the blender's mixing blade breaking off. No injuries have been reported.

Bed Bath & Beyond, Kohl's, JCPenney, Macy's and other major retail stores nationwide and online at Calphalon.com, Amazon.com, Cooking.com, and Zappos.com, among others, from September 2012 through September 2013 for about $130.
