Recall Description:
The colored arches on the infant toy can break, creating a small part.
Hazard Description:
The colored arches can break, creating a small part which poses a choking hazard to small children.

Incidents:
Manhattan Group has received four reports of the rattles breaking. No injuries have been reported.
