Recall Description:
The plastic port hole windows in the tube slide can break and cut children.
Hazard Description:
The plastic port hole-type windows in the tube slide can break, posing a laceration hazard to children.

Units: About 10,800 in the U.S. and 9,900 in Canada
Incidents:
Solowave has received 23 reports of minor injuries to children, including cuts and scrapes, from contact with broken port holes.
Sold At:
Toys R Us and other stores nationwide, and online at toysrus.com from February 2008 through August 2013 for between $1,300 and $1,800 as part of a play system, or between $275 and $370 for the slide only.
