The pom-pom tail can detach from the body of the bear rattle and the bunny. 

Hazard Description:

The pom-pom tail can detach from the body of the bear rattle and the bunny, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Incidents:

Vera Bradley has received two reports that the pom-pom tail detached from the product. No injuries have been reported.
